Our team was engaged to design, fabricate, install, and commission a 50kL/day wastewater and sewerage treatment plant to support mining operations at the Atlas-Campaspe project in Western NSW.

A Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) was selected as the treatment technology to achieve high-quality effluent while significantly reducing nitrogen and phosphorus levels in line with environmental standards.
The treatment plant is designed for full automation, requiring minimal operator input. Start/stop signals are controlled by level transmitters installed in the Feed Water Storage Tank, with all operations managed through an onboard PLC/HMI system controlling pumps and auxiliary equipment.
Since commissioning in December 2021, our team has provided ongoing servicing and maintenance, including:
- Regular site visits twice a month
- Chemical supply and replenishment
- Water sampling and compliance monitoring
- Responsive breakdown support
The Atlas-Campaspe Wastewater Treatment Plant continues to operate reliably, delivering compliant, high-quality treated water with minimal operational overhead.
