Mobile Water Treatment for Sydney Infrastructure Projects

Mobile Water Treatment for Sydney Infrastructure Projects

Our team mobilised two containerised, rapidly deployable mobile water treatment units to Ironbark JV’s excavation sites on the Sydney Water North West Wastewater Connection and Thornleigh Pipeline Duplication projects.

As each unit is pre-engineered and factory-tested, setup was fast and the footprint remained compact. Our operators supported day-to-day operations and targeted technical support helped Ironbark JV meet project outcomes.

These units were drawn from our EPA-licensed fleets (also NSW’s largest fleet) and they managed solids and contaminant removal via sludge silos, coagulation, flocculation, and lamella dissolved air flotation, followed by pH correction and multi-media filtration. The filtration units are auto-backwashing, and the systems include remote monitoring and automated controls for stable, low-touch operation.

Summary

  • Mobilised containerised water treatment plants
  • Managed solids and contaminant removal via sludge silos, coagulation, flocculation, and lamella dissolved air flotation
  • Deployed additional sludge storage tanks, clarifiers, and flocculation systems
