As a leading design and engineering practice to the fuel industry, Enviropacific’s Cadway team was engaged to design a rural service centre, servicing passing travellers and the transportation industry.
Cadway’s design brief was to ensure the service centre, with its pavements and building structure adopted elements of its surrounding environment, within the picturesque Scenic Rim Shire. Cadway also ensured the design provided functionality for a contemporary fuel, retail & dining facility -attracting consumers.
Using 3D and building information modelling technologies (BIM) Cadway were able to provide visualisations and worked construction drawings to the client, ensuring our design addressed project objectives and budgets. Our services were efficiently delivered, allowing the builder to commence timely construction.
