Karin is our General Manager – Corporate, Legal & Commercial. An experienced commercial and legal executive, she has over 25 years experience in the infrastructure and construction industry, spanning commercial strategy, high-value contract negotiation, procurement and dispute management through to enterprise governance, risk frameworks and operating model design.
Karin’s experience extends beyond legal and commercial leadership to include oversight of supply chain, EHS, sustainability, property and asset operations, energy management and enterprise risk functions. This breadth of experience gives her a strong understanding of the governance, compliance, safety and stakeholder requirements associated with environmental, remediation and water-sector projects.
She brings a pragmatic, client-focused approach to leadership, helping teams balance risk, compliance and delivery objectives.
