Enviropacific has a range of self-developed and dedicated proprietary equipment, both specialised and general.
Enviropacific has access to both indirect thermal desorption (ITD) and direct thermal desorption (DTD) technologies. These are proven and reliable technologies in removing organic compounds to remediate contaminated soils and wastes and produce treated materials suitable for beneficial land use.
Multi-Phase Extraction & Soil Vapor Extraction (MPE/SVE)
MPE concurrently extracts both groundwater and soil vapour. The groundwater table is lowered to dewater the affected zone so that the SVE process can be applied to the newly exposed soil. This allows the volatile compounds sorbed on the soil to be stripped, then extracted. In addition, soluble volatile organic compounds present in the extracted groundwater are also removed.
We maintain a variety of MPE units and SVE units. Our highly mobile units can be quickly deployed to sites across Australia that need in situ treatment of soil and groundwater.
Hitachi Soil Recycler
Our Hitachi track mounted soil recycler is a specialist piece of equipment for high shear mixing of reagents used in the chemical immobilisation of sediments, sludges, contaminated soils and industrial residues. It can also be used for blending additives for soil geotechnical improvement and bioremediation.
Our soil recycler is one of only very few in Australia. It is highly mobile and capable of accurately metering a range of liquid and powdered reagents at calibrated dosing rates
Emissions Control Systems
We have a range of emissions control systems that enable us to safely extract odorous and/or toxic emissions from within remediation enclosures. Our range includes units that are suitable for different air volumes and units operated by programmable logic controllers to ensure easy and trouble-free use.
Crushing & Sizing Attachments
We have a comprehensive inventory of attachments for excavators, loaders and telescopic handlers. These enable us to improve efficiency by screening and crushing mixed soil media in one process, which increases homogeneity and preconditions the soil for treatment.
The attachments can also assist with the blending of chemicals or biomass to enhance different soil treatment processes, including improvement of soil geotechnical properties.
Excavators & Earthwork Plant
We operate a fleet of excavators that are used exclusively for our clients’ petroleum and environmental remediation projects. Our plant operators are fully trained in the appropriate and safe use of our equipment and uphold all elements of our HSEQ management system.
We have direct access to conventional screening and earthmoving equipment and soil treatment plants for use throughout Australia. Our engineers and scientists can also develop specialised equipment as required.
