Introducing Paid Parental Leave

Introducing Paid Parental Leave

Our People are at the core of everything we do.

As part of our ongoing commitment to putting our People First, improving equality and diversity across the business, and providing a family-friendly workplace, Enviropacific is thrilled to announce the introduction of Paid Parental Leave.

Our program will provide employees that travel the road to parenthood with financial support, additional leave, and return to work bonuses for primary and secondary caregivers. We have also made available up to 11 weeks’ leave for colleagues who experience loss after childbirth.

Becoming a parent is a life-changing event, and it is important to Enviropacific to support our employees through this important transition. Thanks to our HR Manager Kirby Somerville, the wider Enviropacific Senior Leadership Team, and Board Members for making this program available in our workplace.
