Message from the CEO – December 2020

Hi,

Welcome to the final edition of EnviroNews for 2020. It has been a year of change and adaptation for many.

I’d like to express my thanks and appreciation to our clients, suppliers, the board and our employees for helping us successfully navigate the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic whilst ensuring that our mission to enhance environments was able to continue throughout.

I’m very pleased to announce that we have accepted an offer by leading Australian private equity fund, Next Capital, to make a major investment in our business. Next Capital has a strong track record in providing mid-market expansion capital and buyout funding – it will take a controlling interest in the business, enabling us to take the next step in our business growth strategy.

There won’t be any changes to our day-to-day activities and our continued focus on growing our core services in Remediation, Water Treatment, Hazardous Waste Management and Fuel Facilities. However, there will be some changes to the Board.

We are excited by Next Capital’s investment and the opportunity it gives us to continue to grow and pursue our mission of creating safer and healthier communities.

On behalf of the entire Enviropacific team, I wish you and your family a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

David Tucker
CEO
