Colin has 35 years’ experience in the Downstream Petroleum Industry working across design, construction, maintenance, divestment and environmental site remediation disciplines.
With over 25 years of management experience, Colin is responsible for the strategic leadership and organisational development.

Phillip Shore is the Group Principal of the architectural team at Cadway Projects and a member of the Australian Institute of Architects for some 15 years. His passions solidly rest in the creation of quality architecture, fostering tangible design process, and surpassing client expectations.
With over 25 years of industry experience, Phil has crossed numerous architectural genres with substantial involvement in a range of significant projects, including the McDonald’s Queensland Head Office, The Byron at Byron Bay Resort, Cruise Whitsundays Passenger Terminal & Westfield Chermside redevelopment.
While running a constant flow of commercial and institutional projects over the years, Phil has also designed numerous single and multiple dwelling residences ranging from compressed small lot urban arrangements, to vast rural homesteads.

GROUP PRINCIPAL | FUELS
Corey Rogers is the Group Principal of the Fuels team at Cadway. With Multi-Disciplinary Engineering and Operations experience Corey prides himself on having an ability to find practical, cost effective solutions.
In 1996 Corey joined the Royal Australian Navy Engineering Team. This work included maintenance and operations of complex ships propulsion and life support systems. Since leaving the Navy in 2004 Corey has worked exclusively in the Oil and Chemical storage industry within Australia and Asia.
This work has spanned Operations, Maintenance, Project Management, Audit and Design of bulk fuel/chemical/lubricant storage and distribution systems including Service stations, Aviation Refuelling & Terminals.

STRATEGIC INITIATIVES MANAGER
Cameron is a founding director of Enviropacific, formed in 2001. He has filled the roles of Project Manager, Branch Manager and Pre-Contracts Manager, and is a current Director of the company.
Cameron’s main role in the business is to ensure that Enviropacific positions itself as an industry leading engineering contractor in the areas of water treatment, the treatment and management of PFAS contamination and the waste practices implemented at our national SOLVE facilities.
As a member of the Cadway steering committee, Cameron provides direction in business strategy and governance. Cameron’s position in the Cadway leadership team ensures we better service our client’s needs and identify sector growth opportunities.
